Hotel Policy
Early Check-In Policy
Our standard check-in time begins at 15:00 hrs. For early check-in requests, additional charges will apply as follows:
•Check-in between 06:00 and 15:00 hrs: Half-day charge
•Check-in before 06:00 hrs: Full-day charge
Please note that early check-in is subject to availability.
Late Check-Out Policy
Our standard check-out time is at 12:00 hrs (noon). For late check-out requests, additional charges will apply as follows:
•Check-out until 18:00 hrs: Half-day charge
•Check-out after 18:00 hrs: Full-day charge
Late check-out is subject to availability.
Child Policy
One child (4–12 years) can share the parents’ bed at no additional charge. A maximum of two children are allowed per room. For the second child, an extra charge of 1,200 THB per day will apply, which includes an extra bed and breakfast.
Extra Bed Policy
An extra charge of 1,200 THB per night will apply for an additional bed, which includes breakfast.
Sofa Bed Charges:
•Deluxe and Grand Deluxe Rooms: 800 THB per night
•Executive Garden View and Executive Ocean View Rooms: 1,200 THB per night
A 50% discount on the extra bed charge will apply for children under 12 years old.
Non-Smoking Policy
All guest rooms are smoke-free. A fine of 5,000 THB will be charged for smoking inside the rooms and balcony. Guests who wish to smoke are kindly requested to contact our staff for information on designated smoking areas.
Visitor Policy
Non-staying guests are required to complete an "Unregistered Visitor Disclaimer" form and leave their ID card at the Front Desk for the security of all guests.
Food and Drink Policy
•Fruits with strong odors, such as durian, are strictly prohibited within the resort. A fine of 2,500 THB will be charged if found.
•Food, fruits, and drinks with strong colors that may cause stains are also strictly prohibited. A fine equivalent to the cost of the damaged item will be charged if found.
Media Production Policy
To ensure the proper use of our facilities, advertisement photo shoots, filming, or any form of professional media production are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the hotel. All individuals or organizations wishing to use our venue as a filming location must contact us in advance to obtain the necessary permission.
Pet Policy
•Vaccinations: Show proof of rabies vaccination for all pets at check-in.
•Security Deposit: Baht 2,000 per room, refundable if no damage is found.
•Pet Fees: THB 800 per pet per night (maximum 2 pets per room).
•Weight Limit: Pets up to 15 kg. Overweight pets incur an additional Baht 500 per night.
•Leashes & Carriers: Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier outside the room.
•Cleanliness: Clean up after your pet in all areas, including common areas and corridors.
•Supervision: Pets cannot be left alone in the room; a Baht 1,000 fine applies for non-compliance.
•Food: Bring your own pet food.
•Pool Access: Pets are not allowed in the pool.
•Responsibility: Owners are liable for any damages caused by their pets.
•Breed Restrictions: Thai Ridgeback, Bang Kaew, Rottweiler, and Pitbull breeds are not allowed.
•Noise Complaints: If the hotel receives two noise complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet. The hotel is not responsible for any additional costs.
